Jimmy Willard
Co-owner. Jimmy is a second generation auctioneer having followed in the footsteps of his father, the late Bill Willard. A lifelong resident of Shelby County, Kentucky, Jimmy has been full time in the auction and real estate business since 1984. He has been a partial owner of H. Barry Smith Realtors and Auctioneers since 1991 and currently a partner with Shawn Willard, CAI. Jimmy received his CAI designation in 1988 and is a member of the National and Kentucky Auctioneers Associations as well as a member of the Louisville, Kentucy, and National Association of Realtors. When not at work, he enjoys college sports, golf, and travel.
